Terms & Condition
- Only two persons is permitted to stay at one unit and shall be liable to pay extra charges, if occupancy more than one person in the designated room. (as per reservation Single/Double occupancy)
- The tenant is requested to keep the valuable items in the personal save which provided by MYANMAR SPORTS HOTEL and the landlord will not take any responsibility for loss & damages.
- Not to use or permit the room to be used for any unlawful or immoral purpose.
- The tenant shall pay to the landlord for loss & major damages items provided by the MYANMAR SPORTS HOTEL in the room which mentioned in the inventory list number of items and unit cost.
Children Policy
No extra charge for the children under 12 years,sharing with parents.Free breakfast is provided for the children under 4 years old .
Reservation Policy
Reservation should be made directly to the front office. Please kindly include the following information when booking room with us.
- Expected arrival date/Time & Departure date/Time (In Details, if possible please).
- Guest Name & Group Name
- Company Name
- Advice on settlement method
E.g POA (personal own account) or CTA (charge to travel Agent)
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation for confirmed reservation made through the telephone without fail subsequently support by Fax (or) E-mail.
The cancellation and postponed should be information one week ahead before arrival date for all confirmed booking.Within 7 days prior to the arrival date will be charged at 50 % and no show will be charged at 100 %.
Payment Method
All payment shall be made by the individual guest concerned upon check-in, unless prior confirmation has been received and agreed by the authorized signatory of the organization and the hotel.
Confirmation with 50% pre-payment on room reservation and according the full charges will collect upon arrival.

The official check in time is 14:00 .The official check out time is 12:00 noon.Request for early check in (after 10:00 a.m.) and late check out (before 2:00 p.m.) are subject to room availability.
